These Terms of Service govern your rental of our Podcast Studio Dubai (Yallapod") operated by [Yallapod]. By booking any of our Studio's, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use our service's.

   2.Podcast Studio Dubai Rental​
Yallapod agrees to provide the Best Podcast Studio in Dubai to you for the period of time specified in your booking confirmation. You agree to use the Studio for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

   3.Payment
You agree to pay the rental fee specified in your booking confirmation. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payment must be made by a method accepted by the Company

   4.Cancellation Policy of Dubai Podcast Studio
 50% Refund - If you need to reschedule it is free before 24hrs of the start of the session. If you reschedule last minute you need to pay 150AED.

   5.Equipment Dubai Podcast Studio
Yallapod, the Best Podcast Studio in Dubai, will provide the equipment specified in your booking confirmation. You agree to use the equipment in a reasonable and responsible manner and to return it in the same condition in which it was received. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by you or your guests.
 
   6.Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Podcast Studio Dubai or any equipment provided by the Company. You agree to assume all risks associated with your use of the Podcast Studio Dubai and any equipment provided by the Company.

   7.Guests at Dubai Podcast Studio
You may bring guests to the Best Podcast Studio in Dubai, provided that you are responsible for their behavior and adherence to these Terms of Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of the actions of your guests.

   8.Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that any content created by you or your guests during your use of the Studio is your sole responsibility and that you own all intellectual property rights in such content. You agree not to use any copyrighted or trademarked material without the express permission of the owner of Dubai Podcast Studio.

9. Dubai Podcast Studio Privacy
You agree that the Company may use any images or recordings taken in the Studio for promotional purposes. You also agree to respect the privacy of other Studio users and not to take or use any images or recordings of them without their express permission.

 10.Preparation
When booking the our Podcast Studio Dubai, recognized as the Best Podcast Studio in Dubai, you agree to use it for the time of the booking, in case you booked it for 1 hour the preparation time (Make-Up – Change Clothes and Change of Set-Up) should be within this time frame - no extra time shall be given. We recommend you to come on time and leave on time for the respect of the next customers

 11.Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, including those related to the use of the Best Podcast Studio in Dubai, shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in these Terms of Service.

 12.Image Rights in Dubai Podcast Studio
By renting our Podcast Studio Dubai, the client acknowledges and agrees that the content produced during the recording session may be used by the studio for promotional purposes on social media platforms unless the studio receives a written notice from the client stating otherwise. The client retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the content produced during the recording session

 13.Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of any of our Podcast Studio Dubai, recognized as the Best Podcast Studio in Dubai, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Dubai Podcast Studio.
